Lotte New York Palace Hotel

We had an amazing stay here with my two little girls! The bellmen and housekeeping team were absolutely wonderful—so kind and attentive. The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier, but overall, it was a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we loved every minute of our trip!
